MALL Surfng - SurfBoy's Vitrual Shop'n MALL

Ever hads the urge to just to trot down to the mall for no appearent reason, but to WindowShop to kill an hour or so, get some ideas for the next birthday gift, or grandkids latest spring outfit.

Years ago we went just to "cruise" to see and be seen. Now days, its for more practical reasons and to "just cruise" has lost it charm.

With Surfboy's Virtual Shopping Mall, we have skipped the "cruise" era and are introducing you to the 21st century experience called "surfing" the mall. Window shopping without the windows. You can kill an hour in  a flash without the aches and pains of the actual treck to the mall. No bumping no pushing no sales pressures.

Just Surf from section to secton, store to store. For a minute or an hour, 24/7. If you spot something that tickles your fancy, you can purchase right on line.

CAUTION: VERY IMPORTANT:

The practice of surfing can be habit forming. Buying on line can become so convenient, it can develop addictive tendencies. There are no scientific studies to this claim, but experience is so empirical, that  the warning is justified. We accept no responsibility for any uncontrolled impulses!~

With this warning in mind, let the "Surfing Begin"  at Top Menu --> MALL

Surfing Online Newpapers

The Whole World on News is at your finger tips.

If you want to form an unbioused opinion on a particular subject; you must get the information from all points of view. Every reporter, observer, no matter how objective they might try to be, bring biases to their reporting based on their life experiences. By reading or viewing reports on a subject from various sources you can get a much clearer picture of the event, assertion or viewpoint.

Often you don't hear about stories at all as your local editor, deems not of import for the time or space allotment.

You now can seek out a story, by geopraphy, topic, political view point or any other perspective of your choosing.

Here is how!

Step 1. From your Bookmarked homepage http://weblinkfavs.com

Step 2. Select menu Item - GLOBAL PAPERS [ right column - LINKFAVS Menu]

Step 3. Browse the online newspaper icons - [Left US local papers - Right - International Papers]

Step 4 . You wish to go deeper and further around the world, then

  • On Global Papers Page - go to Bottom of right Column of icons to the icon "ONLINENEWSAPERS.com"
  • Open site and the newspaper world is at your fingertips.

Step 5. Quench your thirst for information, opinion,

Step 6. Formulate a wiser opinion on the course of events in the world.

Now you can agree, disagree, challenge or reinforce positions of others, intelligently.

ENJOY!!

Intro to SurfBoy Hints

Hey... Surf Up,

web-surfer2The pupose of this blog is to introduce you to the various elements of this site, and assist you in getting the maximum out of your surfing experience. we will try to do this with as much levety as possible.

First things first: A few definitions are in order, my definitions, not necessarily Webstrer's.

  • So what is a blog?  - " Blabbering with Brevity" . the best way to illustrate the point is by example. In needing to assert the obvious, an "uppety snoot" may say in a snobbish accent:

"... magnificant grasp of the perfectly obvious, my boy!..." on the other hand,

a bloggers says: " ...daaa!?..."

  • surfing - scouring the internet... looking, looking and searching, either something very specific, but often aimlessly until the majic moment when you say Ahaah!.  This site will help you to your Ahaah!

Check  my blog regularily for tips and suggestions.
